工作原理 working principle

QYF系列矿用气动清淤排污泵配件主要组成部分包括主体部分、控制系统及真空抽吸组件等

1.主体部分：由泵体、进料管道、排料管道组成，其担当的工作是吸料和排料。

2.控制系统：控制系统主要是利用气控换向阀、梭阀、球阀以及时间逻辑换向阀等阀体的有机结合，实现对执行机构的控制与切换，达到机组工作时吸料与排料有序转换。

3.真空抽吸组件：它是根据文丘里效应的原理设计而成，包括供气口、排气口和真空口。当供气口的供气压力高于一定值后，喷管射出超声速射流，由于气体的粘性，高速射流卷吸走负压腔内的气体，使该腔形成较高的真空度。真空发生器的性能与喷管的最小直径、收缩和扩散管的形状、通径及其相对位置和气源压力大小等诸多因素有关。该真空抽吸组件通过泵体与吸料口相通，当控制系统循环切换控制气缸工作时，即可完成机组的吸料与排料过程。

适用条件 Applicable conditions

1、清淤泵由吸料管进水口潜入水下
